In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 7 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition in which you received it. After we receive your item, the owner will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded using the original payment method you used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
The product you are buying is in used condition. It is sold as is and therefore has no warranty. However, if you notice anything wrong within 14 days of your purchase, I will do my best to make it right without charge. This does not include any damage caused by you. Examples of things I will fix if brought back within 14 days include: bow hair breaking or falling out, fallen sound post, broken strings, fallen bridge, pegs slipping or seizing, and seam separations.
